Nearby to our production plant, an ultra-modern research- and development centre is available for Meat Cracks customers and employees. Products are accompanied in self-tests up to series production. Customer projects are centrally captured to quantify the requirements. And all features as e.g. viscidity of sauces or the flavour of a convenience-product are carried out to a professional solution.

Microbiological tests or optimizing of formulations are daily occurences as well as workshops and tastings together with our customers.
