All BioPrime starter- and protection cultures are produced in the company’s own call 10 clean room. Our own laboratory is construed for:

• Acid activity tests

• Water content analysis

• Microbiological analysis

IT-based production and a video-control-system are responsible for the safety as well as methodical plans, batch-retraceability, weight control using a check-weigher.
