Who bear responsibility for ingredients and quantities of foodstuffs, relies on continuous and consequent quality control. Our IFS standard certification on higher level (97 %) documents our high reference to safety.

Plenty of control mechanisms forward us to a 0-fault-management:

  • Sensory and spectral-analytical analysis of all incoming goods
  • Placing of specific batch-numbers via IT
  • barcode-scan of these spec. batch numbers for raw materials

  • Documentation of the weighing procedure in weighing records
  • Isolation of foreign substances via sieving and via metal detector
  • VIS/NIR spectral analysis
  • Spot surveys via an external laboratory
  • Labelling in the language of the customers’ country
