Plenty of control mechanisms forward us to a 0-fault-management:
- Sensory and spectral-analytical analysis of all incoming goods
- Placing of specific batch-numbers via IT

barcode-scan of these spec. batch numbers for raw materials
- Documentation of the weighing procedure in weighing records
- Isolation of foreign substances via sieving and via metal detector
- VIS/NIR spectral analysis
- Spot surveys via an external laboratory
- Labelling in the language of the customers’ country
